12pm-3pm on the 4.5 well powered at first, but after about an hour the wind eased back a bit so was underpowered (not planing) for the next 2 hours alot of the time. Nice waves, but hard to track down when blobbing and struggling to keep upwind. Could not be bothered to come back for bigger dail, perhaps bigger board may have helped.

Couple of nice waves and jumps. 3 stars cos I sailed a bit shit.
